What this costs.
Priced on the size of the project and how many categories it spans. Send the room list and we will scope it properly rather than guessing.
We charge our fee only. Everything we pay on your behalf — product cost, transport in China, samples, shipping, accommodation, testing — is billed at cost.

Before you ask.
I do not have drawings. Can you still work from photos?
Yes. A mood board, screenshots of the look you want, or a room-by-room list is enough to start. We will tell you where we need more detail.
Can you match a look I have seen in another hotel?
Often, yes. Send photographs. We find the closest options at several price levels, and say where an exact match is not realistic.
Will everything arrive at the same time?
That is the point of consolidating in China. We hold items as they are produced and dispatch together, which also usually reduces the shipping cost.
Do you verify suppliers on a project this size?
We strongly recommend it, and on large fit-outs we would usually insist. A Factory Verification on your main suppliers costs a fraction of the deposit you are about to send.
