We inspect and assess the product against the requirements you give us and report what we find, before you pay. We cannot guarantee something manufactured by another company. What we can do is make sure you are not deciding blind.

We contact the supplier, ask the specific questions, request stock photos or samples where possible, and look for gaps between what is claimed and what is shown.

A written summary of what we confirmed, what we could not confirm, and what concerned us. Then you make the payment decision with actual information.
What this costs.
The starting price assumes a supplier in the Guangzhou or Foshan area and a reasonably straightforward product. Distance and complexity both push it up, and we tell you the number before we start.
We charge our fee only. Everything we pay on your behalf — product cost, transport in China, samples, shipping, accommodation, testing — is billed at cost.

Before you ask.
Why can you not just guarantee the quality?
Because we did not manufacture it. No honest agent can guarantee another company's production. We verify what the supplier is actually holding, confirm the specifications in writing, and show you where the risk sits.
What if you find the product is fine?
Then you pay with confidence instead of hope, and you have written confirmation of the specifications you agreed. The fee covers the work, not the verdict.
What if you find a problem?
Then the service just saved you considerably more than it cost. You still pay the fee, because the work was carried out, and the finding is exactly what you were paying for.
Is this the same as a factory visit?
No, and the difference matters. This service checks the product. Factory Verification checks whether the company is real and operating. Plenty of buyers need both.
How long does it take?
It depends on how quickly the supplier responds and whether a sample or a trip is involved. We give you a realistic timeframe when we quote, not an optimistic one.
